About Me
I’m a Lead UX Designer who believes that the digital era can make the
world a more inclusive place and bring value to as many people as
possible. The opportunity to see the world through design methods has
changed my way of thinking, and today I consider that small (or big)
changes in processes can generate great impact.
Until a couple of years ago my goal was to bring the user to the table
where decisions are made, today I have added to my goal to remember that
behind the creation of digital products there is a group of humans that
need to be motivated, enabled and guided to obtain the best possible
outcome.
